1. Fractional CFO and Bookkeeping Services
Our Fractional CFO and Bookkeeping Services are governed by the terms outlined in our service agreement. Due to the nature of these professional services, all payments are final, and we do not offer refunds. Clients are encouraged to carefully review their service agreements and reach out to us with any questions before committing to our services.
2. Physical Products
We offer a 30-day return policy on all physical products purchased through our store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

The item must be in its original, unused condition and include all original packaging, accessories, and tags.

Proof of purchase is required.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or defective.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

For Physical Product Orders, cancellations are accepted if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an item has been dispatched, it must be returned following the guidelines in our 30-day return policy.
